Heather Howitt, the original creator of Oregon Chai, has turned her attention to another flavorful spiced tea with Thaiwala Thai Tea. Starting with a base of organic Thai black tea, Howitt developed a recipe that infuses fresh herbs and cocoa powder into the mixture, which is then brewed with organic caramel, vanilla and cane sugar to create a concentrate.
