2 oz. 10 Cane rum
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. agave syrup
1 oz. spiced chai tea, brewed and chilled
Several lemon peels
Tools: muddler, barspoon
Glass: punch or highball
Garnish: lemon peel
Muddle lemon peels in the bottom of a punch glass. Fill the glass with ice. Add rum, lime juice, agave syrup and tea. Stir until well chilled and garnish.
