For the Love of Southern Coffee: NOLA Coffee Festival

Happening October 3-4, the NOLA Coffee Festival celebrates the rich culture of coffee across the Deep South. More than 2,000 coffee enthusiasts, roasters, and industry pros will gather in New Orleans to explore the craft, culture, and community of coffee.

Expect a bustling expo hall with equipment demos, latte art workshops, and cupping sessions, plus more than 60 hours of free coffee education. From meeting farmers from Nicaragua, Honduras, and Uganda to learning new brew methods and exploring the coffee flavor wheel, this festival is a can’t-miss event for coffee enthusiasts of all levels.

Friday, October 3, is a Trade Day, where exhibitors from across the country and around the world will gather to showcase their latest in coffee products, equipment, and brewing techniques. Industry speakers and special skills classes will be offered throughout the day. The following day will be dedicated to consumers, where coffee fans from across the Gulf South are invited to the exhibit hall and classrooms to experience a day of coffee immersion, culture, and fun. Some of the South’s best roasters will have their coffee available for sampling, and special classes for home brewing will help consumers bring out their inner barista.
