An easy-drinking Boulevardier variation.
Cucumber rounds out the bitter notes of Campari in this refreshing Boulevardier-inspired cocktail from Azo Drinks in Belém, Brazil.
Add all of the ingredients, except the tonic water, to a glass with ice. Top with tonic water. Garnish.
Cucumber SyrupAdd the water and cucumber to a saucepan and let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves. Strain and allow to cool. Will keep in the refrigerator for 1 week.
