"The goal behind the Bloom No. 5 was to weave floral, springtime flavors into a classic Margarita template," says Shelby Abell, bartender at Nashville's Martha My Dear. To do this she combines Suze and elderflower liqueur, which balance one another and create a complex, bittersweet profile. Meanwhile, ginger and lemon brighten up the drink "to nail the 'springtime in a glass' vibe," Abell adds.
