When Redbird restaurant first opened in downtown Los Angeles in 2014, the classic Turf Club cocktail was on its opening menu. The cocktail, adapted from Harry Johnson’s Bartenders’ Manual, was such an instant favorite that, according to Bar Director Tobin Shea, "it set the standard that we always must have a deliciously balanced interpretation of the Martini at Redbird." To this day, it's still the one guests ask for.
