Crème de cassis and pimento dram add a splash of fruit and spice to a frothy glass of Guinness.
3/4 oz. crème de cassis
1/4 oz. pimento dram
2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
4 oz. Guinness stout
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer, swizzle
Combine all ingredients, except Guinness, in a mixing glass and stir with ice cubes. Strain into an ice-filled glass, top with the Guinness and serve with a swizzle, and the drink will naturally separate.
