1½ oz. gin
½ oz. China China Amer
½ oz. Campari
1 oz. passion fruit purée
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
¼ oz. fresh lime juice
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: grapefruit slice, sprig of mint, pinch of flaked sea salt
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well, then strain into Collins glass and add crushed ice and garnish.
