Sherry and pineapple create an interesting contrast of tropical fruitiness and warm, nutty flavors. With a hefty boost of vodka to fortify the mix, this cocktail becomes the perfect drink for sharing.
3 oz. vodka
1½ oz. Amontillado sherry
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. Cherry Heering
1 oz. lime juice
¼ oz. absinthe
Tools: swizzle stick
Glass: tiki mug
Garnish: pineapple leaves, maraschino cherries
Combine ingredients in a tiki mug filled halfway with crushed ice. Use a swizzle stick to mix all the ingredients together, top it off with more crushed ice and garnish.
