A favorite fall condiment gets a spirited boost thanks to this family recipe from Denver-based Leopold Bros., which infuses a splash of the distillery’s Three Pins Alpine Liqueur right into the saucepan.
1 12-oz. bag fresh cranberries
¾ cup fresh orange juice
⅔ cup brown sugar, packed
⅓ cup granulated sugar
2 oz. Leopold Bros. Three Pins Alpine Liqueur
Tools: medium saucepan, wooden spoon
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, let cool and transfer to a clean glass jar. Will keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
