1 oz. Old Tom gin
1 oz. Jamaican rum
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. orgeat
1/4 oz. ginger syrup
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: pilsner
Garnish: 6 dashes each of Angostura and Peychaud’s bitters
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a Pilsner glass and add crushed ice until it cones above the rim of the glass. Float Angostura and Peychaud’s bitters on top.
