This riff on the classic Manhattan introduces a splash of Port to the mix.
2 oz. bourbon
3/4 oz. tawny Port
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Tools: barspoon
Glass: rocks
Garnish: brandied cherries
Combine all ingredients over 1 large ice cube in a rocks glass, stir to combine and garnish.
