nocino Cocktail

A delicately nuanced sipper that blends nocino with genever and dry vermouth.

A delicately nuanced nocino cocktail that blends the nutty liqueur with genever and dry vermouth.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. genever
¾ oz. dry vermouth
¾ oz. nocino

Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass:cocktail
Garnish:lemon peel

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
