In his play on the classic Sherry Cobbler, John Lermayer introduced elderflower liqueur and honey to complement the dryness of fino sherry.
2½ oz. fino sherry (Sweet Liberty uses Tio Pepe)
1 oz. grapefruit juice
½ oz. pineapple juice
½ oz. elderflower liqueur
½ oz. honey
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Garnish: raspberries, mint, grapefruit slice
Combine all the ingredients together and stir to combine. Strain over crushed ice in a wine glass. Garnish.
