Slow Food Launches the Negroni Week Fund

Last September, Imbibe was thrilled to partner with Slow Food as the official giving partner for Negroni Week, and through the generosity of participating bars, restaurant, retailers, and sponsors, Negroni Week 2022 raised $500,000 in support of Slow Food’s mission to foster a more equitable and sustainable world of food and beverage.

Now we are very excited to announce that Slow Food International and SlowFoodUSA are accepting applications for the Slow Food Negroni Week Fund. Fueled by donations raised during Negroni Week, this fund will provide incubator grants of up to $15,000 for activities around the world that support and promote good, clean, and fair food and beverage for all. These grants will support projects that advance cultural and biological diversity and that focus on community-based food and beverage education and knowledge exchange.
