In this glass of tropical sunshine, coconut water and passion fruit meet herbaceous gin and a bittersweet aperitivo.
1 oz. Cocchi Rosa
1 oz. dry gin
1 oz. coconut water
½ oz. passion fruit syrup (Risch uses REÁL)
¼ oz. fresh lime juice
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: footed tulip glass
Garnish: lemon wheel
Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake. Strain into a footed tulip glass over fresh ice and garnish with a lemon wheel.
