Toast to spring with this recipe from Spritz: Italy’s Most Iconic Aperitivo Cocktail.
Alex Day of Nitecap created this spritz recipe as a brighter, bubbly version of the White Negroni. St. Germain elderflower liqueur lends a floral edge, while Suze preserves the bitter character of the original. It’s one of 50 recipes featured in Spritz: Italy’s Most Iconic Aperitivo Cocktail.
Pour the vermouth, Suze, St. Germain, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a glass over ice. Top with soda water and garnish.
