A base of two types of Italian aperitivo meet up with citrus and passion fruit in this summery spritz.
1½ oz. Contratto Aperitif
½ oz. Campari
1 oz. fresh blood orange juice
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 barspoon passion fruit liqueur (Dale uses Giffard Crème de Fruits de la Passion)
Prosecco, to top
Tools: barspoon, mixing glass
Garnish: orange wheels
Combine the Contratto, Campari, juices and passion fruit liqueur in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill, then strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with Prosecco and a splash of club soda. Garnish.
