The aqua color comes from blue curaçao, and the drink also highlights ginger, citrus, mint, and jasmine. “These ingredients meld nicely together with gin, creating a balanced, refreshing frozen cocktail that’s not cloyingly sweet or tart,” Gullo says. “It also gets a creamy coconut rinse, adding an element of the tropics.”
