From the talented Ignacio “Nacho” Jimenez comes this vibrant cocktail that starts with a base of blanco tequila and then builds layers of herbal, floral, citrusy flavors through the addition of Salers aperitif, blanc vermouth, and Fever-Tree’s lime and yuzu soda.

Ingredients

  • Glass:highball
  • Garnish:lime horse neck 

Preparation

Combine the first 3 ingredients in an ice-filled glass filled glass, then stir to combine. Top with chilled Fever-Tree Sparkling Lime and Yuzu, stir again, then garnish.
