Drink of the Week: Fever-Tree Sparkling Lime and Yuzu

Just in time for summer, Fever-Tree has released yet another delicious new flavor with their Sparkling Lime and Yuzu. We’re always on the lookout for not-too-sweet sodas, and this one fits the bill with its juicy yet dry, subtly sweet flavor. It combines Tahiti lime from Mexico with pressed oil extract from Japanese yuzu, which lend a pleasant bitterness that plays perfectly off the natural sweetness of the citrus.

As with all Fever-Tree offerings, this one is as delicious sipped solo as it is mixed into cocktails, like the Un Americano from Ignacio “Nacho” Jimenez’s, which combines the soda with blanco tequila, Salers, and blanc vermouth. $2.49/6.8 oz.; kegworks.com
