Lychee liqueur perks up this summery spritz.

Lychee liqueur lends a bright sweetness to this spritz from our 2019 Cocktail Bar of the Year, Raised by Wolves.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Cappelletti Aperitivo
1/2 oz. Giffard Lichi-Li Liqueur
3 oz. prosecco
1 oz. Fever-Tree club soda, to top

Tools:barspoon
Glass:wine
Garnish:grapefruit twist and seasonal fruit

Preparation

Combine the first three ingredients in a glass with ice, then stir to combine. Top with club soda and garnish.
