Tia Mia, A Mexican Mai Tai

tia miaA Mexican spirit gets a taste of the Caribbean.

1 oz. mezcal
1 oz. Jamaican rum
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. orgeat
½ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
¼ oz. orange curaçao
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: double rocks
Garnish: lime wheel, pineapple leaf and edible orchid (optional)

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice and garnish.
