Tia Mia, A Mexican Mai Tai

A Mexican spirit gets a taste of the Caribbean.


  • 1 oz. mezcal
  • 1 oz. Jamaican rum
  • ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz. orgeat
  • ½ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
  • ¼ oz. orange curaçao
  • Tools:shaker, strainer
  • Glass:double rocks
  • Garnish:lime wheel, pineapple leaf and edible orchid (optional)


Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice and garnish.
