Pisco Alaska

A variation that leans into the floral characteristics of pisco.

Leaning into the floral characteristics of Peruvian pisco, this Alaska cocktail riff from The Hive adds new dimension to the classic.

Ingredients

2 oz. pisco (The Hive uses BarSol Mosto Verde Italia)
1 oz. yellow Chartreuse
¼ oz. Lillet Blanc
1 orange peel

Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass:coupe

Preparation

Express the orange peel over a mixing glass, then drop it into the mixing glass. Add the remaining ingredients, plus ice, then stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe.
