Strawberries and red wine syrup make this gin slushy divine.

Frozen drinks are a mainstay at Mother’s Ruin, and owner T.J. Lynch says inspiration for new versions is always ready at hand. “It begins when we realize we’ve made what seems like millions of different slushies and feel like we’re completely tapped out of new ideas,” Lynch says. “So we head to the walk-in and liquor room and see what we have in stock, and then just totally wing it.”
