The Bennett Cocktail

The Bennett Cocktail is a simple twist on the classic Gimlet and so beloved by our 2016 Bartender of the Year, Meaghan Dorman, that she named her newest bar after it. Read more about Meaghan here.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. gin
- 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz. simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Tools:shaker, strainer
- Glass:cocktail
- Garnish:lime wheel
Preparation
Shake all ingredients with ice to chill, then strain into a chilled glass. Garnish.
