The flavors of Earl Grey and gin pair perfectly with honey and fresh citrus in this tea cocktail from Haymaker in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Ingredients

2 oz. Earl Grey tea-infused gin
¾ oz. fresh orange juice
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. honey

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:tea cup
Garnish:orange twist

Preparation

Shake ingredients together in a mixing tin with ice. Strain into a tea cup and garnish.

Earl Grey Tea-Infused Gin: Pour 1 bottle of gin into a sealable container and add 4 bags of high-quality Earl Grey tea. Let sit at room temperature for about 3-4 hours. Remove the bags and pour back into the gin bottle for storage.
