A bittersweet take on the G&T.

This twist on the G&T balances the sweetness of sloe gin with the bitterness of lemon tonic water.

Ingredients

2 oz. sloe gin (such as Hayman’s or Sipsmith)
Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic Water, to top

Glass:highball
Garnish:lemon wedge

Preparation

Add the sloe gin to a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with the tonic water. Garnish.
