At Manhattan’s Tokyo Record Bar, the Mojito serves as inspiration for this refreshing blend of shiso and three types of sake.

Ingredients

  • Tools:muddler
  • Glass:highball
  • Garnish:shiso leaf

Preparation

Muddle the shiso leaves in the bottom of a glass. Add the junmai ginjo sake and yuzu sake to the glass and fill with ice. Top with sparkling yuzu sake and garnish.
