Refreshing and transportive.

White Port and aged rum combine in this summery highball meant to evoke the bright character of pineapple soda. “It’s insanely refreshing and transportive,” says The Ordinary beverage manager, Christian Favier.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. dry white Port (Faviar uses Niepoort)
  • 1/2 oz. aged rum (Favier uses a Trinidadian rum)
  • 1/4 oz. pineapple liqueur
  • 3 oz. chilled tonic water
  • Glass:Collins
  • Garnish:lemon twist

Preparation

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a glass, then fill with ice. Top with tonic water, then twist a piece of lemon peel over the drink and use as a garnish.
