Pandanime From Anvil Bar & Refuge

Pandan syrup brings a warm vanilla-like base note to this creamy cocktail from Anvil.

1 oz. white rum
½ oz. apple brandy
¾ oz. heavy cream
½ oz. orgeat
¾ oz. pandan syrup
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: tulip
Garnish: pandan leaf, grated nutmeg

Shake all the ingredients and strain over crushed ice in a tulip glass. Garnish.

Pandan Syrup: Combine 32 oz. of rich simple syrup (2:1) with ¼ oz. of pandan extract.
