Pandan lends a warm base note to this cooling cocktail.

Pandan syrup brings a warm vanilla-like base note to this creamy cocktail from Anvil.


  • 1 oz. white rum
  • 1/2 oz. apple brandy
  • 3/4 oz. heavy cream
  • 1/2 oz. orgeat
  • 3/4 oz. pandan syrup
  • Tools:shaker, strainer
  • Glass:tulip
  • Garnish:pandan leaf, grated nutmeg


Shake all the ingredients and strain over crushed ice in a tulip glass. Garnish.

Pandan SyrupCombine 32 oz. of rich simple syrup (2:1) with 1/4 oz. of pandan extract.
