Rosé takes the lead in this easy-drinking twist on the classic Paloma.
A crisp, fruity rosé takes the lead in this Paloma riff, making for an easy-drinking summer cocktail. “While the tequila could be considered the base of the drink, the wine is what creates the flavors reminiscent of a classic Paloma,” says Susie Scott, former beverage director and sommelier at The Carillon in Austin. “It’s less sweet with more complex fruit flavors.”
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir to chill. Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice and top with soda, then garnish.
