Overstory’s Dashi Martini

Dashi Winter Martini from Overstory

An oceanic-savory winter martini.

Looking to create a Martini for wintertime sipping, Harrison Ginsburg and Chris Buono of New York’s Overstory created this intriguing Martini variation. “The Dashi Martini’s oceanic, savory notes make it the quintessential winter cocktail,” says Ginsberg.

  • 1 oz. dashi-infused dry vermouth
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • ________________________________
