Chocolate bitters boost the flavor of this cold-brew drink.

Cold-brew shines in this Coffee Old Fashioned from our 2016 Coffee Bar of the Year, Onyx Coffee Lab.

Ingredients

4 oz. cold-brew coffee
½ oz. Demerara syrup (1:1)
2 dashes chocolate bitters

Tools:barspoon
Glass:Old Fashioned
Garnish:maraska cherries

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a glass and stir to combine. Add a single large ice cube and briefly stir to chill; garnish.
