At Halloween pop-up bar Black Lagoon, co-founders Erin Hayes and Kelsey Ramage wanted a light and refreshing alternative to their drink list of intensely flavored tropical cocktails. Ramage created this vodka cocktail that's rounded out by the nuttiness of sherry and the fruitiness of banana liqueur. "The citrus keeps it juicy and refreshing while the saline contrasts the sweet notes and really amps up all the flavors," says Hayes.
