Hopped Grapefruit bitters flirt with floral pisco in in this Negroni riff from Texas.

The bartenders at Whisler’s in Austin wanted to pursue a spirited path that was somewhat less traveled with this Negroni variation. “Pisco is a spirit that is versatile enough yet sometimes under utilized in cocktails,” Matthew Ross says. “The name My Fair Lady came from the color of the cocktail, which reminded Aisling of the famous pink dress from the movie.”

  • ¾ oz. Cocchi Americano
  • 2 dashes Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit bitters
  • Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer

  • Garnish:grapefruit twist
