While Vancouver’s Guffo Café blends its own tea—a mix of organic black Assam tea, bergamot, and vanilla—for its London Fog Latte, café founder Milad Zarenia says those at home can use Earl Grey tea for the recipe. Simply mix in vanilla syrup and steamed milk to replicate the sweet and aromatic tea latte at home.

Ingredients

  • Garnish:optional: ground cinnamon

Preparation

Steep the tea bag in 7 oz. of hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and add the steamed milk. Stir in the vanilla syrup. Optional: Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
