A dose of creamy coffee milk softens the bold duo of fernet and bourbon in this cocktail from Violet in New York City.


  • 2 oz. bourbon
  • ¼ oz. fernet
  • ¼ oz. sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz. coffee milk
  • Tools:shaker, strainer
  • Glass:rocks
  • Garnish:coffee beans


Add all the ingredients to a shaker, give it a few hard shakes and strain over fresh ice. Garnish.

Coffee Milk: Combine 2 tbsp of Autocrat coffee syrup with 1 cup of milk. Shake to combine. Store in the refrigerator.
