Ingredients

  • 1½ oz. white rum
  • 1¼ oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. coconut water
  • ¼ oz. fino sherry
  • ¼ oz. fresh lime juice
  • ¼ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
  • Tools:shaker, strainer
  • Glass:rocks
  • Garnish:2 pineapple leaves

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in shaker with ice, then shake to chill. Strain over crushed ice in a Collins glass.
