Jockey Club Cocktail

An oldie but goodie from the Savoy Cocktail Book.

When searching for a light and bright drink to serve in honor of the Triple Crown, Redbird bar director Tobin Shea looked to the 1930’s-era Jockey Club cocktail from the Savoy Cocktail Book. “The drink is very refreshing and a nice compliment to the rest of the cocktails in the collection,” he says.

  • 3/4 oz. crème de noyaux
