Calvados Daiquiri Bar Chinois

A French twist on a classic.

At the French-inflected Bar Chinois, the Daiquiri gets a Gallic spin by way of apple brandy from Normandy.

Ingredients

2 oz. Calvados
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup (1:1)

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:rocks
Garnish:dehydrated (or fresh) lime wheel

Preparation

Shake all of the ingredients with ice, strain into an ice-filled glass, then garnish.
