Negroni Week Cocktail

Lambrusco adds a soft sparkle to this cocktail.

UVA Wine Bar & Kitchen bartender Lily Duong created this limited-edition cocktail in celebration of Negroni Week. Served with fresh fruit in a wine glass, it’s the ultimate summertime sipper.

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz. gin
  • ¾ oz. Campari
  • ¾ oz. Noilly Prat Ambre vermouth
  • 3 oz. Lambrusco
  • Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
  • Garnishes:strawberry slices
  • Glass:wine glass

Preparation

Combine the gin, Campari and vermouth in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into a wine glass over fresh ice and add Lambrusco. Stir to combine, then garnish.
