Agave Orchard

A splash of winter-spiced Becherovka amps up the flavor in this tequila-fueled aperitif.

1 oz. reposado tequila
1 oz. Cocchi Americano
3/4 oz. apple brandy (Teague uses Laird’s)
1/4 oz. Becherovka
2 dashes celery bitters
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: orange twist

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with plenty of ice. Stir to chill and dilute. Strain into a chilled coupe glass ad garnish with an orange twist.
