Two cocktail cultures merge in this delicious mashup.

Taking inspiration from cocktail history in New Orleans and Washington, D.C., this Absinthe Rickey is a tale of two cities.

Ingredients

2 oz. absinthe (Kubler Swiss absinthe is recommended)
1/2 oz. white créme de menthe (such as Tempus Fugit menthe glaciale)
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. club soda

Tools:barspoon
Glass:Collins
Garnish:grated cinnamon

Preparation

Build the drink in a Collins glass over crushed ice. Stir to combine, then garnish.
