For the May/June 2022 issue‘s cover feature, we spoke with St. George Spirits master distiller and president Lance Winters about the distillery’s approach to making vodka and flavored vodka (click here for a recipe using St. George Green Chile Vodka). St. George is also known for its gins, whiskies, fruit brandies, and other spirits, and Winters discusses how they bring a similar philosophy to making vodka. He also reflects on St. George’s history as the company celebrates its 40th anniversary, and he looks ahead to what the future may bring for the distillery.
