“A down-to-earth twist on the Siesta, this cocktail replaces grapefruit juice with muddled cucumber and is served on ice for a more refreshing option,” says Arlo Grey bartender Nicole Norman. “The name ‘petal picker’ was inspired by this cocktail’s bright pink color and is meant to evoke thoughts of romance and leisure.”
1½ oz. tequila blanco
1 oz. lime cordial (such as Rose’s)
½ oz. Campari
2 cucumber slices
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: cucumber ribbon
Add the cucumber slices to a shaker and muddle. Add the remaining ingredients and ice, then shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish.
