Pan-American Clipper

Pan-American ClipperSt. John Frizell adapted this Charles H. Baker classic by tweaking the ratios sightly, using a split of lemon and lime juice, and using American apple brandy.

2 oz. apple brandy
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. grenadine
1 tsp. absinthe
Tools: shaker, strainer, atomizer (optional)
Glass: cocktail

Shake the first 4 ingredients with ice to chill; coat the inside of the glass with absinthe (discarding the excess), then strain the drink into the prepared glass.
