Odin’s Mead

This potent combo of scotch, heavy cream and beer takes its name from an ancient god of Norse mythology.

1/2 oz. blended scotch
2 oz. stout beer
3/4 oz. Root liqueur
1 oz. heavy cream
3/4 oz. honey
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: Collins
Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake hard with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish.
