Rich, creamy layers abound in this combo of bourbon, crème de cacao, cold-brew coffee, oat milk and honey. A pinch of salt makes all of those flavors pop even more.
1 ½ oz. bourbon
¼ oz. crème de cacao
2 oz. cold-brew coffee
1 oz. oat milk
½ oz. honey syrup (1:1)
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: sprinkle of ground coffee
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to chill. Fill a glass halfway with crushed ice. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass, add more ice, then garnish.
