Negroni Week 2023 Takes Place September 18-24, and Registration Is Open!

In just over a month, Negroni Week 2023 will be taking place from September 18-24, and once again, bars and restaurants around the world will come together to celebrate the iconic Negroni while raising money for a good cause.

With its mission foster a more equitable and sustainable world of food and beverage, Slow Food returns as the official Negroni Week giving partner for 2023. Money raised through Negroni Week donations will support Slow Food’s ongoing initiatives around the world as well as the Slow Food Negroni Week Fund the organization launched to support community-led projects that lead to the transformation of global food and beverage systems.

With a global footprint, Slow Food has chapters and initiatives in countries and cities around the world, and it is an organization with roots in Italy, the birthplace of the Negroni. Slow Food represents the ethos of Negroni Week to cultivate community and seek a better world for all through hospitality, and we are thrilled to be able to support their transformative work, and to build on the more than $4 million that Negroni Week has raised for charitable causes to date.

Imbibe has been proud to produce Negroni Week since 2013, and we are happy to once again have Campari as a presenting sponsor of the initiative. “We’re thrilled to continue supporting Imbibe’s global charity initiative, Negroni Week, for the 11th year and once again a cause that is close to the industry, Slow Food,” says Patrick Piana, Group Head of Commercial Capabilities and Consumer Engagement at Campari, which will be generously donating $100,000 to support Slow Food’s mission. “Together with Imbibe, we invite everyone to join us in raising a glass to another successful Negroni Week!”

We are also excited to welcome Aviation American Gin as the official American gin of Negroni Week and to announce that the brand will be making a generous donation of $50,000 to Slow Food. “We’re thrilled to be an official partner of Imbibe’s Negroni Week as we celebrate one of the world’s most iconic cocktails and unite the power of our trade community for a good cause—Slow Food and its mission to foster a more equitable and sustainable world of food and beverage,” says Ricky Collett, Global & US Brand Director at Aviation American Gin. “We look forward to sharing our unique American-style gin and bringing cocktail lovers together over a smooth Aviation American Gin Negroni.”

Venue registration for 2023 is officially open on the Negroni Week website, so if you are a restaurant or bar interested in participating, head to negroniweek.com to register.

The Negroni Week Shop is also open, and the official 2023 Negroni Week T-shirt is now available as well a new barspoon to help you stir your Negronis in style. Plus, special-edition Negroni Week hoodies, Negroni cocktail napkins from Dot & Army, and cocktail aprons from Hedley & Bennett are back in stock. Be sure to get your favorites before they sell out! A portion of sales for all of the merchandise goes towards our Negroni Week Giving Partner, Slow Food.
